CTRM Aviation Sdn Bhd (CTRM AV) is an A1 Primary Company. It means that CTRM AV is an Approved Organisation to design and manufacture the composites light aircraft of the Eagle 150 series (X-TS, X-TS 150 and 150B). The company will undertake the design and manufacturing of composites components; sub-assembly and assembly of the aircrafts; avionic integrations and flights testing for the Eagle series it produces.

Engineering Design
Activities involve in Engineering designs are:

•  Products designs and certifications
•  Tooling and jigs manufacturing
•  Modifications and structural testing
•  Products reliability programme
•  Continuous product development and improvement
•  Field responsibilities and defects investigations
•  Technical services
•  To continuously provide the airworthiness certification to all Eagle 150 series

Aircraft Production and Components Manufacturing
The current production of Eagle aircraft at CTRM AV will be based on the approved designs, facility, manufacturing processes, quality and audit system including procedures configure to Malaysian DCA approval.

These will include the manufacturing, process and inspection of metal and composites parts; avionic integrations; sub-assembly and assembly of aircraft and painting inspection for the Eagle aircraft series.

Product Support and Customer Support
CTRM AV will also provide the complete range of after sales services and customers’ training; stock control; updating the technical publications and attending to customers’ feedback pertaining to in-service issues.

Flight Testing
Flight Testing are conducted by Flight Operations Department. It is conducted with compliance to DCA strict requirements.
