This new joint venture company, in conjunction with Aerotech Design Consultants Ltd of the UK, is 30% owned by CTRM and represents a significant step in the long term strategy of both Aerotech and CTRM.

Operational since early May 2010, the long term goal is to establish ADM as an engineering centre of excellence not just for Malaysia but for the entire South-East Asian region.

The focus of ADM will be the provision of a total engineering solutions, which will cover tooling, engineering design, stress analysis, manufacturing engineering, modification, repair and services of composites in manufacturing sector.  This could lead to potential spin-off services such as reverse engineering and metrology, which will be of interest to MRO organisations.

The existence of the ADM will support other CTRM subsidiaries’ need in engineering solutions to fulfil the current demands and for future growth.
